Before you start
Who is this for?
Mid-market companies in the EU that use AI rather than build it. If you have somewhere between 50 and 2,000 people and AI has quietly arrived in a lot of workflows, this is written for you.
What does it cover?
Six areas: your AI inventory, literacy and training, workflow decision rights, guardrails and policy, evals and quality, and documentation and evidence. Thirty questions, five per area.
What happens with my data?
Your answers come to me and nowhere else. I use them to write your breakdown and to keep an anonymous benchmark of how companies are doing. No reselling, no ad tracking, and I delete your answers on request.
Is this legal advice?
No. Practical operator guidance. I have spent 25 years building software organizations, not practising law. For a formal legal opinion you want a lawyer, and I am happy to tell you when that moment has arrived.
